8th energy research programme
Individual funding advice at the Week of the Environment 2024

At the BMWK stand at the Week of the Environment (WdU) in Berlin on 4 and 5 June 2024, experts will provide advice on how innovative project ideas for applied energy research can be funded. The WdU in the park of Schloss Bellevue is free of charge.

Around 190 exhibitors from business and technology, science and politics as well as civil society will be presenting forward-looking solutions as well as a stage and specialist forum programme on current environmental topics at the two-day innovation show in the park of Schloss Bellevue. The Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK) will also be there. At its stand, experts from Project Management Jülich will inform interested parties about how innovative project ideas can be funded by the BMWK, among other things.

In the 8th Energy Research Programme, the BMWK has defined the basic lines and priorities of its funding policy in the area of innovative solutions for the energy transition. The focus here is on quickly putting research results that contribute to the development of a climate-neutral, secure energy supply into practice.
